You cant change what you don't touch! Myles Munroe told a group of leaders in the Bahamas. He was doing a special dedication to Nelson Mandela who he described as one who chose to serve South Africa and not to seek power. That's why he did only one term while many other people sought a second and even a third or more terms in Africa. Munroe gave four key things every leader must do to get involved in real change in his society: Integrate, Invade, Influence and Impact! He told leaders Nassau, Bahamas to stop complaining and get involved in the leadership process. If you want change you must act. You cant change what you dont touch! He listed nine things we ought to do as leaders:
1. Take action
2. Get involved
3.Engagement
4. Confront what we dont like
5.Silence the oppressor
6.Interact with people around us
7.Influence decision making processes
8.Change what we dont like
9Transform society.
Leaders ought to be involved in preparing the children of today for the leadership tomorrow. Not looting the coffers today so that the children of tomorrow will suffer! Watch the clip on Youtube !https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mR9xck341rw
