 What should leaders do?         

       Define a mission, develop a vision set objectives devise strategies, establish values and rally people behind the mission, vision, set objectives strategy, and the values through the exercise of influence” leadership should also share knowledge!
  How can I define a mission?
            Leaders have the capacity to define the mission of an organization or a team. In defining a mission leaders are able to express in simple language the purpose for which an organization or a team exist. When leaders define the mission of an organization or team they bring focus and direction to their followers and channel resources towards the fulfillment of the mission.
What has vision got to do with leadership?
      Leaders have the capacity to create a mental picture of the future of their organization or team and have the skills to effectively communicate the picture to their followers.
 How can I understand strategy?
       Leaders should have foresight, they are able to foresee unfolding events and plan towards them. The plan is the strategy.
Are values really important for leadership?  
       Good leaders make moral rules that regulate the behaviour of followers and they keep to those rules themselves too…
Where does influence come in here?         
           Leaders are able to influence and change the behavior of their followers from being passive to being proactive.
  Why is knowledge sharing important?    
            Knowledge Sharing is an activity through which knowledge (i.e., information, skills, or expertise) is exchanged among people, friends, families, communities or organizations. Where knowledge is shared expertise and skills are multiplied and the environment concerned becomes better for it.
